Air fares are not guaranteed
until tickets are confirmed and purchased. All fares are subject to
confirmation and change prior to ticket issue. |

Purchase of an airline ticket
does not guarantee you a seat on a specified aircraft. Airline overbooking
policy often results in failure of the carrier to provide a seat on a booked
flight for a passenger holding a confirmed ticket. Please contact individual
carriers for full details of their overbooking and compensation policy. |

An airline ticket comes with
certain conditions attached which are specific to that ticket. Failure to meet
the required airline restrictions will result in full forfeiture of the airline
ticket.

If after delivery of airline
tickets, its need to be reissued, new tickets will not be released until the
original tickets are received back in our office.

Name changes are not allowed. |

To issue an airline ticket in
lieu of lost ticket (if permissible), you will have to contact the airline
directly and pay applicable processing fees (if any). You will have to submit a
Lost Ticket Application directly with the airline for any such claims. |

We expressly declines
responsibility for any and all costs incurred in the case that a traveller or
party are denied boarding to an aircraft, or denied entry to a country because
the traveller or party is not in possession of the appropriate documentation.

International ticket holders
should have a passport that is valid atleast for 6 months after the date you
plan to travel.

Depending on the airfare
purchased, tickets may be non-refundable. Refundable tickets that are cancelled
will incur minimum charge of INR 500 per ticket as administrative fee.

Prices on our website should
be taken as cost indicators only. Once you submit a booking enquiry we will try
to find the service that is best for you, and get back to you with details for
confirmation.

On receipt of the booking
confirmation a deposit of 25% (or as specified for the specific package) of the
cost will be required and balance payment should reach us no lesss than four
weeks prior to the start of tours.

All package rates, information
and taxes are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until
the reservation is booked, paid in full and you receive a confirmation e-mail.
The package rate may be guaranteed against increases with full payment. We
reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation should an error be made in
computing your package. Prices shown are based on specific days of travel and
are subject to limited availability. Prices may vary based on the actual date
of travel, class of service, or hotel booked.

Regular scheduled flights
have been selected for the, flights inclusive, vacation package; however,we
does not guarantee any specific flight schedule and will not be held
responsible for any changes that result in an increase in airfare or deviation
in original flight itinerary. You will be responsible for any expenses
incurred.

In the unlikely event that
you need to cancel your vacation packages, various cancellation fees apply
which can be up to 100% of the cost of your package. You must call our office
prior to your original departure time or you will be subject to no-show
penalties.

Unused or partially used tour
features and components are non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show,
the entire payment will be forfeited.

Hotels in some countries may
charge local taxes which may not be included in the offer price as advertised
on website.

If you wish to cancel
your hotel room you must contact our Customer Services in writing in advance.
In addition, in the event of cancellation for whatever reason you shall be
liable to pay us an administration fee of INR 500/-. This could be in addition
to any cancellation charge any hotel may impose.

room, per night basis and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

therefore we cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to star

rental company, restaurant etc. This will mean that we have no contractual
liability to you in respect of that product. However, we may still be liable to
you if we have been negligent, we have misrepresented important information or

a Travel Product please remember that, in addition to these terms, you
will be subject to additional terms and conditions relating to that product,
which may be terms and conditions generated by the third party supplier, such a
supplier could include an airline, hotel, cruise line etc. Please contact our
